Mission
This role sits at the intersection of operations and management providing technical expertise and operational support to enhance transport performance and ensure smooth execution across activities.

Transport Performance Management
Technical Quotation Management
Cost Management
Continuous Improvement
Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Skills:

Strong background in transport and logistics;
In-depth freight forwarding knowledge across air sea and land transport including regulations and operational processes;
Knowledge of customs management;
Customer-oriented mindset with strong stress management skills;
Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams;
Solid proficiency with standard IT tools particularly MS Office (Excel);
Strong communication skills;
Well-organized with effective priority management.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in freight forwarding with strong expertise in air freight and customs;
Exposure to continuous improvement and Lean methodologies;
Bachelors degree plus 3 years of experience in transport and logistics is desirable;
Availability to travel up to 25%;
Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.
