Role

Were looking for a Business Developer to help grow our client base by identifying opportunities qualifying the right leads and supporting deals from first contact to close.

What youll do

  • Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls
  • Support proposals follow-ups and deal progression
  • Prepare background research for sales conversations
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date

What were looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales business development or a client-facing role
  • Candidate must be based in Europe
  • Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech digital products or design-led businesses
  • Comfortable with outreach follow-ups and lead qualification
  • Clear communicator structured and proactive
  • Fast learner with strong commercial awareness
