Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent to join our team at the Raipur Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and professional ticketing and passenger services to our customers ensuring their satisfaction and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter check-in counters and boarding gates - Process ticket reservations changes cancellations and refunds accurately and efficiently - Provide information on flight schedules fares and routes to customers - Handle and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures during check-in boarding and deplaning - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly and disabled passengers - Collaborate with other departments such as ground handling and cabin crew to ensure smooth and timely operations - Keep up-to-date with airline policies procedures and regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in the airline industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software such as reservation systems and Microsoft Office - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and overtime if required - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
