Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing them with information and guidance as needed - Check-in passengers and their luggage ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Board and disembark passengers from the aircraft following safety procedures - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times - Assist with special needs passengers such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services - Perform other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Fluency in English and Hindi is required knowledge of other languages is a plus - Must pass a background check and drug test If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry we encourage you to apply for this position.
