Job Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate hiring. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival - Handle baggage and cargo ensuring proper handling and storage - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Communicate effectively with passengers and other airport staff - Assist with the boarding process and provide necessary information to passengers - Handle flight changes delays and cancellations in a professional manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the airport Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances Why Join Us At Bluespirit we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
