Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers ensuring the safety and security of the airport and assisting with various ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas

- Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Ensure the safety and security of the airport by conducting security checks and following all safety protocols

- Assist with airport operations such as baggage handling loading and unloading of cargo and aircraft pushback

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal

- Collaborate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs

- Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as airport regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

- Knowledge of basic computer skills

- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in a customer service or airport-related role is an asset
