Job Summary

Job Title: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: Indore Madhya Pradesh India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit a leading airport-based company in Indore is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing exceptional service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in security and boarding areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flights fares schedules and airport facilities - Check and process passengers tickets passports and other travel documents - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport and airline regulations - Coordinate with other airport staff including pilots flight attendants and ground crew to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Perform administrative tasks such as preparing flight documents and maintaining passenger records - Keep the airport terminal and surrounding areas clean and organized - Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and security protocols - Continuously update knowledge of airport and airline regulations and procedures. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs - Basic computer skills - Fluent in English and Hindi additional languages are a plus - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
