Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost models in collaboration with Product and Process Engineers including component breakdown and cost analysis.
- Conduct capacity analysis line layout planning CAPEX analysis and floor plan deployment based on customer forecasts.
- Plan and allocate overall resources and production space effectively.
- Create detailed project timelines aligned with customer requirements.
- Assign key activities track progress regularly and identify risks during project development.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor material and tooling status to ensure smooth sample builds.
- Track new product qualification processes until final approval.
- Initiate and implement project risk mitigation plans.
- Communicate project progress with internal stakeholders and participate in regular project meetings.
- Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience; experience in product and process development is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills including failure analysis capability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good at English and Chinese.
- Proactive responsible customer-focused and a strong team player.
