We are seeking a motivated results-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth at our London corporate location while collaborating closely with our Head Office and marketing teams.
This role is ideal for a persuasive goal-driven professional who thrives in a luxury commission-based sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Sell salon services memberships packages and retail products
- Convert walk-ins phone and online inquiries into paying clients
- Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Upsell premium services and long-term packages
- Accurately track leads conversions and follow-ups
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a high-end luxury experience from first contact to follow-up
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Handle all client communications professionally and confidently
Marketing & Promotions
- Execute in-store promotions aligned with HQ campaigns
- Support local community outreach and marketing initiatives
- Promote seasonal offers memberships and brand programs
Reporting & HQ Collaboration
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports to Head Office
- Track KPIs including revenue conversions and client acquisition
- Participate in virtual sales strategy and performance meetings
Qualifications
- 24 years of sales experience (beauty luxury retail hospitality or fitness preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using POS CRM and reporting tools
- Bonus: Multilingual (English additional languages)
