Job Summary
Were looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents (C1) to support a leading Swiss financial services company known for secure modern payment solutions.
Location: Remote from anywhere in Greece
Schedule: MondayFriday Rotating shifts between 09:0019:00
Salary: 1300 gross/month up to 10% performance bonus
100% Work from Home (training included!)

What you will do
Handling inbound calls & emails in German
Explaining invoices and payment details clearly
Assisting with billing questions and reminder fees
Supporting soft collection cases professionally
Updating systems and collaborating with your team to resolve cases efficiently
You will combine empathy precision and professionalism aligned with high Swiss banking standards.
What Were Looking For

Strong communication skills

Interest in finance or payments A plus but not required!
Relocating to Greece
