As a German-speaking Customer Service Agent youll be at the forefront of transforming customer experiences for SquareTrade a leader in global device protection. Youll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their claims resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive journey.
We invest in your success with a comprehensive 2-week induction training followed by 2 weeks of practical on-the-job nesting all conducted in-person to ensure youre fully prepared.
Earn a one-time training completion bonus of 450 EUR gross upon successful completion of your initial training.

Requirements:
German level C1 English level B2
Minimum education: High School Diploma typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
