Handle inbound calls from customers with technical questions about mobile devices computers and online accounts.
Follow proven diagnostic procedures to resolve common issues quickly and efficiently.
Turn every customer into a happy customer!

What You Bring:

Fluency in Czech (essential) and good level of English (B2)
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Sales experience in consumer products/services (a plus)
Strong technical research and troubleshooting skills
Advanced internet research skills
Positive adventurous and eager-to-learn attitude ready to soak up knowledge like a sponge
