Job Summary

Are you fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English Ready for an exciting career in content moderation with the chance to relocate to the vibrant city of Athens If yes we want you on our team!

What Youll Do:

Review categorize and moderate social media content following clear guidelines.
Ensure all user-uploaded content complies with client policies.
Make thoughtful decisions to advocate for a safe and positive online experience.
Apply content policies consistently and efficiently.
Assist customers via chat email or phone (project-dependent).
Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with your team while working independently when needed.

What Were Looking For:

Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (verbal & written) and very good English.
Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with Windows OS internet applications and MS Office.
High attention to detail with the ability to separate personal beliefs from policy-based decisions.
Positive proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Experience in Content Moderation Social Media or Customer Support is a plus.
