Key Responsibilities:
- Assist travellers via chat email and online platforms with a wide range of travel-related inquiries

Handle bookings for flights accommodation car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations

Provide clear guidance on itineraries travel requirements baggage policies and refund processes

Support customers with account updates payments and loyalty or rewards programs

Identify urgent or complex cases such as travel disruptions or missed connections and escalate when needed

Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent service quality

Meet service quality standards productivity goals and response-time KPIs

Stay up to date on travel policies destination updates tools and process improvements
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
