The Production Engineer Aluminum Tubes will be responsible for overseeing production operations managing production teams and ensuring efficient high-quality manufacturing processes. The role plays a critical part in meeting production targets minimizing downtime and driving continuous improvement across the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage machine supervisors and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with Quality IPC Warehouse Maintenance and HR teams to support production continuity
- Ensure quality objectives are achieved while improving productivity reducing downtime and optimizing costs
- Allocate tasks monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when required
- Work closely with engineering and shift teams to prioritize activities and resolve quality or downtime issues
- Plan and organize team training programs in coordination with the Production Manager
- Develop and enhance manufacturing methods labor utilization standards and cost analysis processes
- Plan production sequences and review schedules orders and manufacturing procedures
- Apply statistical and analytical methods to establish production standards and staffing requirements
- Estimate production costs and evaluate the impact of design or process changes
- Ensure timely delivery of finished products in line with the approved production plan
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline
- 510 years of experience within the aluminum tubes manufacturing industry
- Strong technical expertise in aluminum tube production processes
- Solid knowledge of BOM preparation and suppliers related to production line accessories
- Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving skills
- Location preference: candidates residing in or near Obour City
