What Youll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with operations to develop drilling programs and manage drill projects including planning cost estimation supervision and reporting

  • Assist with reserve and resource calculations pit shell evaluations and volume estimations for mining operations

  • Create technical maps drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other tools for mine planning and reporting

  • Participate in geological fieldwork data collection and environmental assessments

  • Support health and safety initiatives across field and office activities

What Are We Looking For

  • 3rd or 4th year student working toward a degree in Geology or Engineering Geology

  • Experience in open pit mining and with AutoCAD or mining software is considered an asset

  • Strong observation critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must have a valid drivers license and personal transportation
