Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage capacity materials and production schedules in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role ensures on-time product delivery by aligning resources materials and labor while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain weekly production schedules and planning KPIs
Coordinate materials labor and machine capacity to meet delivery targets
Prioritize work orders based on capacity materials and staffing availability
Analyze capacity data and proactively mitigate scheduling risks
Communicate forecast changes and production impacts to stakeholders
Coordinate material releases and product flow based on project timelines
Partner cross-functionally to ensure material readiness and production alignment
Support continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Business Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices strongly preferred)
Strong expertise in production scheduling inventory management and capacity planning
Expert-level experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Business One Priority ERP MRPeasy or similar)
Working knowledge of MES APS tools and data-driven planning
Familiarity with ISO/FDA regulatory requirements
