Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Travel Consultant. This role involves assisting clients with researching planning and booking customized travel experiences while working remotely with a flexible schedule. No prior travel industry experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with planning vacations including flights accommodations cruises tours and excursions
Provide destination insights recommendations and travel guidance
Communicate with clients via phone email and online platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay informed on travel trends promotions and supplier offerings
Coordinate reservations confirmations changes and special requests with travel partners
Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Qualifications:

Love for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S. U.K. or another qualifying region
No prior travel industry experience required; training and certification provided
