About the team and the role:
eBays Global Fashion organisation shapes strategy and drives growth across fashion categories worldwide. This role sits within the Global Fashion Strategy Partnerships & Operations team and reports to the Director of Global Fashion Strategy Partnerships & Operations. As Senior Manager Strategy & Business Operations you will play a central role in defining strategic priorities supporting leadership decision-making and enabling effective execution of global initiatives. You will work closely with senior Fashion leaders and cross-functional partners across Product Global Markets C2C Authenticity Guarantee and eBay Live in a highly collaborative international environment.
Lead high-priority end-to-end strategic initiatives for Global Fashion from problem definition through to clear evidence-based recommendations
Develop structured analyses financial models and commercial insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic direction
Contribute to defining future growth opportunities (e.g. strategic partnerships) and addressing complex business challenges in partnership with Fashion and category leaders
Support the Fashion BizOps Lead in developing compelling business performance reports and driver analyses
Enable alignment across global stakeholders serving as a central point of coordination to support consistent delivery of initiatives
Build strong working relationships across Product Global Markets analytics and other partners to drive effective execution and shared outcomes
7 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce retail or fashion
3 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting environment or equivalent strategic experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear strategic insights
High learning agility and adaptability with a reflective approach to improving outcomes over time
A strong sense of ownership and accountability with experience managing workstreams end-to-end
Sound commercial judgement and a strategic perspective grounded in data and business context
A collaborative and pragmatic working style with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and cultures
