One Identity Manager Engineer

Join the IAM team with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using One Identity Manager.
You will manage identity lifecycle processes application integrations and governance workflows contributing to a secure and compliant IAM environment.

Your key tasks 

• Operate maintain and evolve One Identity Manager platforms
• Design implement and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes
• Manage workflows role models access policies and certifications
• Integrate applications and target systems into the IGA platform
• Maintain synchronization mappings and job server operations
• Contribute to access control governance for privileged and non-privileged identities
• Monitor platform health troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Maintain technical documentation SOPs and runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements

Qualifications :

• Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
• Solid background in Identity Governance / IGA
• Knowledge of Active Directory Azure AD / Entra ID LDAP and authentication concepts
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong documentation mindset and compliance awareness
• Fluent English

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Knowledge of  One Identity Safeguard
• Proficiency in PowerShell Terraform and Ansible
• Italian
