Job Summary
Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support its Space Platforms Portfolio. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense space cyber and commercial fields Leidos provides responsive cost-effective engineering scientific and IT solutions.
You will be required to support multiple tasks in parallel productively contribute to and lead team environments and communicate effectively with management coworkers and customers. You must also be self-motivated and highly organized with a constant goal of generating high quality products that exceed stakeholders expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will provide project-based administrative support including:
Meeting and Event Coordination
- Scheduling meetings
- Compiling presentations and status reports
- Facilitating program reviews
- Planning and coordinating team morale activities
Arranging travel and logistics for program-related meetings and conferences
Tracking program and project action items
Maintaining project office supplies and materials
Printing compiling assembling documents
Managing SharePoint sites and permissions
Managing NASA badging requests within the NASA badging tool
Document maintenance and editing for spelling grammar and format
Tracking project staffing needs and requests
Supporting new employee onboarding
Other project support as required
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team and develop cooperative relationships
Ability to track multiple tasks and prioritize work independently
Self-motivation and quick learner to adapt to the broad array of subjects and issues encountered
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or be willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Concur SharePoint and Outlook
Experience with space hardware procurement or program management

Pay Range:
Pay Range $45500.00 - $82250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
