Job Summary

The Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with leaders across the businessmost critically IT and Product Operationsto deliver people strategies that support organizational priorities mitigate risk and enable scale. This role requires deep understanding of how IT organizations operate including contractor talent models contractor-to-FTE conversion cycles and technology-driven workforce planning.

The Senior HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders balancing business outcomes with strong people stewardship. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Learning Organizational Development and HR Operations to deliver integrated solutions.

This is a hybrid position; the ideal candidate will reside in or near Central Ohio.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of IT and Operations business models workforce structure and talent needs; establish trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders providing guidance on organizational design workforce planning talent strategy and employee relations.
  • Partner with leaders to manage contractor populations including contractor-to-FTE conversions vendor relationships and compliance considerations.
  • Proactively identify people-related risks and opportunities; ask hard questions and provide clear recommendations grounded in policy data and business context.
  • Coach and develop people leaders to improve leadership effectiveness accountability and decision-making.
  • Support and implement HR strategies programs and initiatives that attract develop and retain critical technical and operational talent.
  • Consult on organizational structure role design promotions compensation changes and workforce transitions.
  • Lead or support change management initiatives including communication strategies during periods of growth restructuring or transformation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support specialized IT recruiting needs and ensure alignment on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Establish track and interpret key people metrics to inform decision-making and measure impact.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement scalability and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent models including contractors consultants and contractor-to-FTE conversion practices.
  • Ability to balance business partnership with HR stewardship including risk mitigation policy application and employee advocacy.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders challenge decisions constructively and navigate complex dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized responsive and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience including HRBP experience
  • SPHR/PHR certification a plus

Salary Range:

$87630.00 - $140210.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings like commissions or bonuses are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
