Description

Ithaca College Jazz seeks an assistant who will help the director of jazz studies in tasks such as:

Publishing on social media

Organizing student jam sessions

Small jazz arranging and transposing tasks as needed for the various jazz ensembles

HelpingcoordinateJazz Ensemble sectionals

Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Student must be fluent in jazz theory and harmony

Familiarwith social media

Capable of clear and friendlycommunication
