The Challenge

Werelooking for a skilled and motivatedIT Operations Engineerto join our IT Operations Team. Reporting to the IT Manager this role focuses on delivering exceptional IT services while ensuring the stability security and scalability of our IT and resolve technical issuesparticipatein IT projects implement process improvements through automation and integrations and develop solutions that enhance business operations and user experience.

Your Mission

IT Services Delivery & Support

• Analyze and resolve requestsregardingIT systems issues and enhancementsleveraginganalytical skills to diagnose root causes implementtimelyand effective solutions and drive continuous improvements through system modifications and process enhancements.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows and macOS hardware software and network issues through user consultation and system analysis.
• Administer enhance and support IT systems and applications (e.g. Entra ID MDM and SaaS-based tools) to ensure seamless integrationoptimizeworkflows and improve user productivity.
• Configure install andmonitorIT systemsmaintainaccurateinventory and asset records and document best practices ensuring all incidents service requests and changes are logged effectively.

Technology Solutions & Projects

• Participate in the design implementation and deployment of technology solutions that enhance system performance user experience and organizational scalability.
• Develop and deploy custom solutions for SaaS productivity and collaboration tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Configure andmaintainon-site office technologies such as meeting spaces security systems and enterprise networks.
• Plan and execute secure and efficient deployments system configurations and policyenforcementsby planning testing and implementing solutions while adhering to best practices.

You Are

Yourea tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for delivering IT services. Your curiosity drives you to learn and apply new concepts while your communication and interpersonal skills ensure that user needs are addressed with professionalism. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can contribute to IT system development service delivery and process improvements.

Your Experience Includes

• 3 years of experience in IT Support IT Operations or a similar technical role in a global company.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints and their MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD Microsoft 365 and SaaS solutions such as Atlassian Zoom and Lucidchart
• Experience managing andparticipatingin IT projects collaborating with stakeholders and peers to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Proficiencywith ITSM and Agile project management platforms such as Jira.
• Experience providing support for iOS and Android devices.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment including taking ownership of IT service delivery and coordinating support for both in-person and remote employees.

Extra Awesome

• Technical certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator ITIL and CompTIA (A Network etc.).
• Experience developing SaaSautomationsand integrations.
• Experience deploying andmaintainingphysical office technologies such as Teams rooms enterprise networks () and physical security systems.
• Understanding ofITIL frameworks and best practices to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing or developing a global asset management ecosystem using SaaS platforms such as Oomnitza Firstbase Allwhere or similar tools.
