Description:

Patricio Enterprises is seeking an Equipment Specialist II to conduct technical data life cycle management for data in multiple data repositories as well as review develop validate analyze and update publications.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Conduct technical data life cycle management for data in multiple data repositories ( Data Management System Applications Data Files GCSS).
• Attend planning meetings and teleconferences andsubmit minutes from each meeting.
• Review drawing packages to ensure provisioning data is sufficiently complete tosubmitfor a procurable NSN and provide recommendations for changes.
• Review developvalidateanalyzeand update publications (Operation Manuals Maintenance Manuals Modification Instructions Technical Instructions SL-3s and Special Instructions).
• Draft and review Statements of Work for various client components.
• Provide coordination and management of various systems and processes asrequired.
• Responsible forassistingininitialprovisioning and fielding of new equipment to include new equipment asset management and inventory control.
• Provide assistancein the management of the program for spares repair parts and supplies to meet requirements.
• Ensure quality assurance is managed byutilizingthe Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and providing immediate resolutions.
• Research and answer PDMI 339s.
• Ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain regular onsite work schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Ability to research analyze and evaluate information
• Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to work withlarge amountsof data
• Ability to coordinate equipment distribution
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of DoD unique systems for equipment sustainment
• Knowledge of Product Data ManagementInitiativeandProduct Data Reporting and Evaluation Program
• Understanding and navigation of DLAWebFLISprogram

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of ISO MCLB Albany or relevant military experience
• Experience with TDM-Catalyst GCSS-MC TFSMS (Desired)
