Meet the team:
The Dexcom Financial Leadership Rotational Program (FLRP) is a two-year earlycareer program designed to accelerate your growth through meaningful assignments structured development and dedicated mentorship. Over the course of four 6month rotations youll gain broad exposure across the CFO organization all based at our San Diego CA headquarters.
This program is intentionally designed to build strong technical finance skills business acumen and foundational leadership capabilities. Youll develop handson experience while working alongside senior leaders who are invested in your longterm success.
Upon completion participants emerge as highly competitive candidates for continued roles within Dexcom Finance. Final placement aligns your interests strengths and career goals with Dexcoms business needs.
Where you come in:
As a Financial Leadership Rotational Program Associate you will:
Rotate across four key areas within the CFO organization (e.g. FP&ARevenueand CostAccounting Internal AuditTaxCorporate FinanceSalesanalyticsand Pricing)based on available rotations and your intereststo build broad financial acumen
Support budgeting forecasting and budget vs. actual analyses to help drive financial performance
Perform KPI tracking P&L analysis and variance analysis toprovideactionable insights to business partners
Contribute to monthend close general ledger (GL) activities account reconciliations and financial reporting
Build or enhance financial and valuation models to support strategic business decisions
Work with regulatory and control functions gaining exposure to GAAP IFRS SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
Express knowledge and interest inthe healthcarediabetesmedicaldevice or lifesciences industry
Have strong professional ambitionsto pursue a finance accountingor analyticalcareer inamultinational US corporation
Able to begin employment August 2026 at our San Diego headquarters office.
What makes you successful:
13 years of professional experience (internships co-ops or full-time). Public accounting experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data and support forecasting modeling and core financial analyses
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in dynamic fast-pacedenvironmentsexhibitingstrong critical thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership initiative teamwork and a results-oriented mindset through academic or professional experience
Stronginterpersonal skills curiosity a growth mindsetawillingness to ask questions and seek mentorship
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook) with interest in expanding skills in finance systems and tools including Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP pivot tables macros) SAP Oracle NetSuite QuickBooks Power BI and Tableau
Able to begin employment in August 2026 at our San Diego headquarters office

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or another related field anda minimum of 1 year of relevant work or internshipexperience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
