In-Center as one of three therapy verticals focuses on delivering high-quality clinic-based hemodialysis to patients worldwide. Its mission is to support healthcare providers in offering safe consistent and patient-centered care in dialysis clinics.

The team collaborates across Product Design Clinical Protocols Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality Regulatory and Commercial functions to equip clinics with effective innovative solutions that meet high standards and improve patient outcomes. Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop an international engineering team delivering shared services and platform modules for digital medical and nonmedical solutions
• Build attract and retain highperforming agile teams capable of frequent digital application releases
• Create and manage development and growth plans for team members
• Ensure reliable functionally rich components within the digital ecosystem following architectural guidelines
• Separate medical and nonmedical functionalities to enable faster development cycles
• Provide software engineering expertise in development technologies and methods
• Collaborate with Product Management DSO IT and other departments to allocate engineering resources based on priorities

Your Profile:

• 7 years leadership experience in solution development (medical health or nonmedical) ideally in regulated industries
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Digital Technology Software Engineering or similar
• Fullstack software development background including backend and embedded systems
• Experience building foundational application frameworks
• Proven technical leadership in digital innovation and agile environments
• Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore teams and partner management
• Highly techsavvy with strong awareness of digital trends and innovations
• Strong track record delivering fast reliable cloudbased solutions
• Brings a user-centric approach to digital solutions drives process optimization and continuous improvement builds strong partnerships and makes timely high-quality decisions
• Attracts top talent to build strong diverse teams thrives in ambiguity and brings a global broad-minded perspective to problem-solving
