Job Summary
The IT Technicians role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and ITassets. This includes installing configuring diagnosing repairing and upgrading all corporatehardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. This person will also
troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training andassistance where required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver required hardware service levels according to company policies
- Provide training and support to end users and staff on software and equipmentoperation and other issues
- Install configure test maintain monitor and troubleshoot end user and networkhardware peripheral devices printing/scanning devices presentation equipment andother products
- Where required install configure test maintain monitor and troubleshootassociated end user software and networking software products
- Perform on-site analysis diagnosis and resolution of hardware problems for avariety of end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions includingoff-site repair as needed
- Receive and respond to incoming calls pages and/or e-mails regardingincidents and service requests
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all computers monitors keyboards harddrives printers scanners and other equipment using an asset tracking system
- Document incidents problems and service delivery (hardware failure repairinstallation and removal) using a helpdesk system in alignment with ITIL guidelines
- If necessary align with third-party support and equipment vendors
- Recommend schedule and perform hardware maintenance hardware andperipheral equipment improvements upgrades and repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Understanding of the organizations goals and objectives

Education and Experience
- At least two years experience in the IT field or equivalent education
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- This position is on-site
- Able to lift/move up to 40 pounds move from place to place and stand for long periodsof time
- Requires current and valid drivers license and current personal auto insurance
- Able to travel to DAP Health locations throughout San Diego and Riverside
