Position Summary:
The Marketing Communications Coordinator supports Ergotrons brand voice and go-to-market efforts through content creation management and design. This role is responsible for developing engaging written and visual content across sales collateral social media and digital promotions while ensuring consistency accuracy and timely delivery. The coordinator manages social media scheduling channel partner content and the company swag store working closely with internal teams to align messaging and execution. The position also provides administrative support to the broader marketing team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized creative storyteller with 13 years of marketing communications experience proficiency in design and digital tools and interest in learning about how to leverage AI tools.
Position Responsibilities:
- Content writing: Help us continue the consistent voice and message of Ergotron through content writing for sales collateral (examples: brochures and sell sheets) social media and digital promotions (eblasts and ads).
- Content management: Manage Ergotrons social media scheduling Channel partner portal and the Ergotron swag store. Effective coordination and communication with internal teams will be key to ensuring content accuracy and adherence to any deadlines.
- Content design and creation: Experience using design tools like Canava Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to create impactful visuals for social media and other digital tools and presentations. Additional experience in photography videography and animation is a plus.
- Administrative: Invoice management content syndication and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a marketing communications role with experience creating social media content and marketing collateral and coordinating marketing projects
- Technical Skills:
- MS Suite Word PowerPoint Excel
- Design & Digital Software (any) Canva Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop ClipChamp
- Effective storyteller
- Highly organized and able to effectively collaborate and manage multiple overlapping tasks
- Experience using and driven to learn more about AI as a resource for idea generation and task efficiency
