Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join a dynamic development team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design development testing implementation and ongoing support of business systems and applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who is eager to grow and develop within a professional software environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test and deploy software solutions
- Provide internal and client-facing technical support
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code
- Maintain and enhance existing systems and tools
- Support the development of technical processes and procedures
- Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies
- Analyse complex systems and propose practical solutions
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams
- Produce clear technical documentation
- Follow established source control and development standards
Minimum Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- Relevant development qualification or practical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Technical Skills & Experience
- C#
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Microsoft SQL Server
- WCF and RESTful Web Services
- Azure DevOps (Advantageous)
