Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in real-time.
- Assist healthcare providers with medical charting including history taking and physical exam documentation.
- Update patient medical records with relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $120000 to $140000 per year.
