Job Description:
The Virtual Call Center Agent at Au Natural Organics serves as the primary point of contact for customers providing friendly accurate and timely support via phone email and chat. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills a customer-first mindset and the ability to represent our organic brand with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails and live chats in a timely manner
- Provide product information order assistance and account support
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Process orders returns exchanges and refunds as needed
- Educate customers about our organic products values and sustainability practices
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience (remote experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computers CRM systems and communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet professional home workspace
- Computer or laptop meeting company specifications
- Headset with microphone
Preferred Skills:
- Fity with CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk Salesforce)
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
