Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clerical Assistant to join our team at Ironside Restoration. As a remote position you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day clerical tasks such as data entry filing and record keeping
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and other inquiries
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence reports drafts memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a clerical assistant or similar role
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role. Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
Salary & Benefits:
