Job Summary
Kayser Ford is seeking a high-energy Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our express service operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates clearly and understands how to build trust quickly with customers without sacrificing efficiency.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. Youll manage volume drive maintenance recommendations and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Complete walk-around photos of customer vehicle upon arrival
- Write repair orders quickly and accurately
- Explain recommended maintenance and services based on inspections
- Present pricing and timelines clearly
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and management
- Manage workflow to maximize throughput and minimize wait times
- Ensure repair orders are closed properly and customers are satisfied
Performance Expectations
- Maintain high CSI scores
- Consistently meet or exceed average RO count targets
- Drive maintenance menu adherence and approved services
- Maintain clean compliant repair orders with accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Previous service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer and DMS experience preferred
- Valid drivers license
