Job Summary
Director of Rehab - Skilled Nursing Facility Aventura

- $104000 (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)
- Manages weekend schedule/staffing
- Not Required to Treat
- Full Support Staff
Requirements
- Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathologist Experience.
- PTA s or COTAs are eligible for consideration.
- 2 Years of DOR-SNF Experience.
- Point Click Care and Net Health Experience.
- Licensed Soon To Be Licensed Or Willingness to Obtain Florida Licensed Prior to Relocating
