The Role
We are seeking experienced HR Consultants and Senior HR Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across diverse industries and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
As a Consultant at each of these levels you will:
Partner with clients to provide expert advice on HR strategy policies and compliance.
Deliver practical solutions on employee relations performance management and organisational development.
Support clients with HR projects such as restructures talent management and engagement initiatives.
Ensure all advice aligns with current employment legislation and best practice.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with strong HR generalist experience.
Skilled in managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior stakeholders.
Commercially aware with the ability to balance compliance and business needs.
A confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients.
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Salary
Salaries are dependent on experience; however are circa; 45000 - 55000 for HR Consultants and 55000 - 65000 for Senior HR Consultants.
