Job Summary

A welcoming and values-driven 1118 secondary school in Hereford is seeking a reflective and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Religious Education to join its Humanities faculty. The Opportunity

You will teach Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4 delivering a well-sequenced curriculum that explores religion belief philosophy and ethics in an inclusive and academically rigorous way. Lessons are designed to encourage thoughtful discussion critical thinking and respectful debate helping students articulate ideas clearly and confidently.

The department uses shared schemes of work and assessments providing ECTs with a clear structure while still allowing space to develop their own teaching style. RE is a valued subject within the school with strong engagement and positive outcomes at GCSE.

ECT Induction & Support
