School Business Manager Experience & Skills
Previous experience in school or educational business management (preferred)
Strong understanding of budgeting financial planning and audit compliance
Experience overseeing HR processes contracts and safer recruitment practices
Knowledge of estates facilities management and health & safety responsibilities
Ability to lead support staff teams and manage external contractors effectively
Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator able to work with senior leaders governors and external partners
Legal right to work in the UK
