About the position
Your role will be central: you will intervene at the heart of the IT support for several strategic software solutions interacting directly with clients partners and internal teams.
You will join an internal international team where collaboration and expertise sharing are essential. From your arrival you will be supported on various projects to facilitate skill development and ensure effective progression.
The use of AI is fully integrated within the structure and dedicated support will be provided to allow you to quickly develop your skills in these tools! The teams are notably exploring the Google AI ecosystem (Gemini Pro NotebookLM Google AI Studio).
The impact of the position is concrete and significant: the solutions you will work on are used daily by hundreds of thousands or even millions of users both in France and internationally.
Format : CDI de projet
Localisation : Besançon area in person occasional travel during the year is possible in Sweden and other countries.
Salaire : 30 à 40 K Brut / An
Missions :
Analyze and report anomalies to internal technical teams.
Remote support: application network system hardware.
Ticket processing and priority management.
Follow-up on resolutions with designated contacts.
Act as the interface between different stakeholders (operators clients partners internal teams developers etc.).
Manage the procurement and delivery of IT hardware.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and the knowledge base.
Plan and lead internal training sessions for different functional domains.
Ensure the implementation of associated processes and tools.
Environment : Jira Confluence Salesforce Linux Windows SQL outils IA Google Workspace PC & Mac
About you
Above all your personality and values will make the difference in our eyes. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
We are ideally looking for someone with confirmed experience of at least 2 years in IT support and who has already worked with tools and environments such as Linux Windows SQL Confluence Jira Salesforce or equivalents. Knowledge of programming (code reading) and networks would be a plus to be more autonomous in interventions.
Given the international context of this position we are looking for someone who speaks English and French.
