Handle special customer requests.
Print sales orders.
Process invoicing.
Manage shipping and courier services.
Redirect calls to the sales team.
Follow up on customer orders.
Provide support to the sales service team.
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location: Monterrey Nuevo León
Education:
Minimum required: Bachelors degree.
Knowledge and Experience:
Customer service sales logistics.
3 years of experience in a similar Customer Service Executive role.
Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Organizational skills.
Technical Skills:
100% proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
ERP software management.
