Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive System Integration Lead to join a major logistics sector project in Diegem. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating integration activities solving complex technical issues and ensuring the seamless flow of data and processes across systems in a dynamic architectural landscape. This is a hands-on lead role critical to the projects deployment hypercare and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the central coordination point for all system integration interface design and data migration activities.
Perform in-depth analysis of technical functional and data integrity issues driving towards resolution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT business stakeholders and external vendors for problem-solving and project follow-up.
Lead data preparation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support migration cut-over and deployment activities.
Follow up on interface design within a changing architectural environment.
Potentially take on Business Analysis tasks to document operational processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 4 years of medium to senior-level experience in IT with a proven track record in a lead role involving integration and interfaces.
Strong hands-on knowledge of integration technologies: MQ APIs messaging JSON XML.
Solid experience in Business/Functional Analysis technical design defect analysis and data analysis/migration.
Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle (requirements to deployment & hypercare).
Excellent collaboration skills comfortable engaging with business teams IT and vendors to gather information and drive progress.
Long-term dedicated mindset committed to seeing the project through hypercare and initial post-launch phases.
A problem-solver who is both analytical and action-oriented.

Assets (Strong Pluses):

Experience in Logistics Aviation or Supply Chain domains.
Practical experience with system migration cut-over planning and go-live preparation.
Knowledge of BI reporting.
Fluency in Dutch or French.
