Position Details
- Caseload: Elementary Middle School & High School
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: About 20 hours/week
- Dates: ASAP May 2026
- Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh PA schools
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing behavior analytic services and progress monitoring
- Train and coach staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection
- Collaborate with educators related service providers and families to support student success
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals
- Ensure compliance with Texas regulations ethical guidelines and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- CurrentBCBA certificationin good standing
- Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment data analysis collaboration and staff training
- Ability to support diverse learners and promote positive evidence-based practices
