OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and proactive Property Manager to join an award winning experienced and energetic lettings team in the Bradley Stoke area. This is a varied and fast paced role delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. You will oversee maintenance and compliance carry out inspections manage check ins and check outs and support deposit processing with no two days the same. :contentReferenceoaicite:0index0
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
2. Organise and oversee property maintenance and safety compliance
3. Conduct routine property inspections check ins and check outs
4. Handle tenancy deposit processing and support dispute resolution where needed
5. Communicate effectively and professionally with landlords and tenants
6. Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal procedures
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
8. Work collaboratively with the wider lettings and property management teams
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1. Experience in property management or a customer facing role within lettings
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
4. Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities
5. Proactive and solutions focused approach to problem solving
6. Genuine interest in property and people
7. Team player who can also work independently
8. Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
PACKAGE
1. OTE made up of pooled commission shared across the team for collective success
2. Additional individual commission opportunities through specific targets and value added contributions
3. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing after 3 and 6 years service
