Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and concerns via phone email and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding pest control services prices and scheduling.
  • Assist in managing appointment calendars and coordinating service schedules to ensure timely completion of services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Pest Controlservices to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends pest control products and customer service best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software particularly CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in the pest control or home services industry.
  • Experience with CRM software and managing customer databases.
  • Familiarity with pest control products and services is a plus.
