Tasks

Enterprise Bot is looking for a sharp analytical and high-ownership MBA (Finance) professional to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance brain excellent logical thinking ability and confident communication skills who can work closely with leadership and drive financial clarity across the business.

We are looking for someone proactive not just someone who executes tasks but someone who questions analyses and improves processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive monthly MIS financial reporting and management dashboards
• Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
• Monitor revenue cost structures margins and cash flow
• Build financial models to support business decisions
• Work closely with leadership on strategic planning and financial insights
• Track SaaS metrics (ARR MRR churn CAC etc.)
• Manage invoicing collections and working capital cycles
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST TDS audits etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• MBA in Finance (Tier 1/2 preferred)
• 24 years of relevant experience (startup/tech preferred)
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (advanced formulas pivots scenario analysis)
• High logical reasoning and structured thinking ability
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work directly with founders/leadership
• Detail-oriented proactive and solution-driven
