Fullstack Engineer

Were looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused) at a senior level to help us evolve our product end-to-end. Youll work across the stack but your main impact will be on the backend side. You will contribute to technical decisions and have real ownership over features from idea to production.

What Youll Do

• Develop end-to-end features across the frontend and backend from initial concept through implementation testing and release
• Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business and user needs into technical solutions
• Build and maintain scalable well-structured APIs and services that support the core application
• Implement responsive user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability and performance
• Take responsibility for the quality of your code through testing code reviews and documentation
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks bugs and technical debt in existing systems
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decisions around tooling patterns and best practices
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development workflows CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Support production releases monitor application health and help troubleshoot issues when they arise
• Gradually take ownership of specific areas of the application and act as a go-to person for those components

What You Bring

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer (or similar)
• You have a strong backend experience with and C#
• You have a solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React Vue Angular)
• You are experienced in working with APIs databases and cloud environments
• You have a deep understanding of software architecture and best practices
• You are comfortable working in a product-focused fast-feedback environment
• You are a good communicator and have a proactive mindset
• You are a good self-manager and maintain a good overview of your workload and meet deadlines consistently
• You embrace change and adapt to shifting priorities
• You enjoy good teamwork and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• You play breathe and challenge our products every day to deliver a 5-Star-Product
• You are based in Osijek (Croatia) or near by and enjoy working in a nice office with wonderful colleagues

Your Nice to Haves

• You have experience working on a single long-lived product
• You already had exposure to DevOps CI/CD or cloud infrastructure
• You already mentored junior developers
