SEYSES is an international engineering and construction company specialized in renewable energy with offices in Spain the United States Mexico Chile Colombia and Brazil. Our global vision and flexibility allow us to successfully deliver utility-scale renewable energy projects worldwide.
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor PV to oversee and ensure the quality compliance of utility-scale photovoltaic projects in the United States. This is a 100% field-based position directly involved in site supervision and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications technical standards and approved procedures.
- Witness and verify the correct execution of critical construction activities including civil works mechanical installation electrical installation and equipment assembly.
- Witness and document testing activities (mechanical electrical and commissioning-related tests).
- Identify issue and follow up on Non-Conformities (NCs) ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct quality audits of subcontractors across all disciplines (civil mechanical electrical MV/HV).
- Ensure that all installations comply with project drawings ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) technical specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate quality records inspection reports and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager Site Manager and Engineering team to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
- Support the preparation and compilation of documentation required for Mechanical Completion Commissioning Substantial Completion and Final Completion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality supervision within construction projects (renewable energy projects preferred).
- Proven experience in utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
- Strong knowledge of PV equipment structures modules inverters and solar trackers.
- Experience witnessing installation and testing activities in field environments.
- Familiarity with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) quality documentation and non-conformity management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on-site.
- Willingness to work 100% on-site and travel as required by project needs.
POSITION DURATION
Project-based position starting January 2026 lasting until Final Delivery including:
- Mechanical Completion
- Commissioning
- Substantial Completion
- Final Completion
