Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Beach-Operation Manager to join our luxury beachfront property in Doha Qatar. As the Beach-Operation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beach operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
- Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities including water sports beach equipment rentals and special events
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue
- Lead train and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations
- Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences
- Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidents
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management with specific experience in beach operations management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent operational planning and execution skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beach and water activities
- Experience in inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and property management systems
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends in beach resort operations
- Familiarity with local tourism regulations and standards in Qatar
- Understanding of local culture and customs is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
