What You Will Do:

• Lead and support the clinical team to ensure excellent patient-centered care
• Oversee all nursing operations ensuring compliance with home health regulations and standards
• Develop update and implement clinical policies procedures and quality improvement programs
• Provide training coaching and performance support for nurses and field staff
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy completeness and regulatory compliance
• Participate in hiring onboarding and mentoring new clinical staff
• Collaborate with physicians administrators and the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient care plans and outcomes to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Handle escalated patient or family concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Prepare for surveys audits and regulatory reviews
• Help shape the agencys growth and clinical direction as we expand

What You Will Have:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Strong leadership experience in home health hospice or a similar healthcare setting
• Excellent understanding of state and federal home health regulations
• Experience managing clinical teams and improving quality of care
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and support a diverse team
• A passion for patient safety excellence and continuous improvement
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow with an expanding agency
