$20000 Commitment Bonus (2 Years)
Schedule: Three 12 Hour Shifts Full-Time Nights (7:00 pm - 7:00 am)

Summary:
Provides direct patient care in the Womens Services Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Reports to: Director or Manager of Womens Services
How Youll Contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration specimen collection and clinical treatments.
- Documents patient care and monitors patient condition communicating with care team physician patient and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living including hygiene elimination nutrition and ambulation.
- Coordinates patient care across disciplines including transfers discharges referrals and support needs.
- Provides patient and family education appropriate to age culture and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
- ACLS and PALS (preferred)
- Minimum of six months to one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital Labor and Delivery or Medical/Surgical setting is required.
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification (required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
